Deniz Pelin is a multidisciplinary artist, dollmaker, and sonic explorer whose work conjures a vivid synthesis of psychedelic energies, primal intuition, and cosmic storytelling. Rooted in black & white illustrations and landed in felt yet reaching far beyond material form, her creations blur the lines between the handmade and the haunted—between the sweetly naïve and the deeply otherworldly.
Her visual world is infused with the spirit of childhood dreams and alien transmissions, channeling a raw yet refined language that draws from both ancient ritual and futuristic myth. Whether sculpting soft-bodied entities known as Oddlings, remixing frequencies under the DJ alias Naux, or translating her archive of surreal drawings into wearable and functional art, Deniz's practice invites us into an ever-expanding liminal space—part dreamscape, part interdimensional diary.
At the heart of her work lies an urge to revive the lost connection between inner and outer worlds, between the mythic past and the imagined future. With a palette that spans the playful and the demonic, Deniz’s artistic voice speaks in tongues—felted, drawn, stitched, and spun—always whispering from a place just beyond the veil.
